Warren Lasch Observatory We partnered with the management of the Warren Lasch Observatory, the resting place of the famed Hunley Submarine, to retrofit the existing equipment to achieve a building HVAC system which met the outlined criteria for stable humidity and temperature levels. With constant scientific analysis and testing being performed, it was “critical” that the temperature and humidity in their facilities be held in a very tight range. By closely working with the staff at the observatory and by working flexible hours, we were able to successfully complete the job and provide the observatory scientist with the required environment, without interruptions to the ongoing building mission. I have worked with Tom and the staff at Southeast Integration since 1998. Their expertise in system controls, as well as in diagnosing HVAC problems, makes them an invaluable asset to the project team. On several projects, their contributions have made the difference between success and failure. They do whatever it takes to ensure that their work is of the highest quality, and completed on time.
