Cassique Club House - Kiawah Island

The Cassique Club House is the multi-million dollar “crown jewel” of the Kiawah Island Resort in South Carolina.

Although the facility was only 3 ½ years old, the property owners were struggling to maintain the correct indoor air quality which would ensure their members satisfaction.

We were commissioned by the club to analyze the building and its mechanical systems. After reviewing the original design, the actual installation and the ongoing operation of the existing facility, we recommended a significant number of changes to the existing building.

Today, with these changes in place, the satisfaction rate has increased 99%. The indoor air quality is comfortable and the members are happy.

This was all accomplished with no interruptions in operations of the club.

I have worked with Tom and the staff at Southeast Integration since 1998. Their expertise in system controls, as well as in diagnosing HVAC problems, makes them an invaluable asset to the project team. On several projects, their contributions have made the difference between success and failure. They do whatever it takes to ensure that their work is of the highest quality, and completed on time. I wholeheartedly recommend Southeast Integration, and look forward to working with them in the future.
